Professional profile

Since 1998, I have held leadership and consulting roles at the intersection of organisations and information technology. My focus is on translating business requirements into workable processes and information systems. I combine commercial responsibility with IT management and support for technological change.

In university teaching, I cover information systems and business process management and design teaching modules. My research examines the conditions under which small enterprises can develop their processes. My dissertation explores this question in independent community pharmacies, considering organisational conditions and opportunities for systematic process development.

Felix Reher is Chief Information Officer of the APG Europe Group and a lecturer in information systems. He combines extensive leadership and consulting experience with teaching and research. His focus is on business process management, requirements engineering and aligning information systems with business needs, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises.
